Stress can come in so many forms that sometimes it is overwhelming and taking into consideration the pandemic, things can take a wrong direction without notice. Most of the time, changing your perspective over what is going on, can give you a different purpose or mission towards what you have to do.

Art therapy can give you easy to use tools in order to express your feelings, let go of difficult emotions, stress or help you relax.

All you need is some colors, it can be colored pencils, acrylics, watercolors, oils, whatever you have at your home, some white papers and the designs. You will receive an email with designs that you can either print or draw them, in order to use them at the class.

The class lasts 2 study hours. The classes are held online at the moment.

The class will be held in English so it is a good way to improve your English skills.
