Especially in these times, with the pandemic and everything, some of us feel overwhelmed, stressed or simply have a hard time relaxing.

Art therapy can give you easy to use tools in order to express your feelings, let go of difficult emotions, stress or help you relax.

All you need is some colors, it can be colored pencils, acrylics, watercolors, oils, whatever you have at your home, some white papers and the mandalas. You will receive an email with two mandala's designs that you can either print or draw them, in order to use them at the class.

The class lasts 2 study hours. The classes are held online at the moment. The class is built for 10 people at a time!

The class will be held in English so it is a good way to improve your English skills.
