Yoga and Meditation
(The course is held in English)

This course aims at developing skills for dealing with stress.
We will do yoga poses conducive for emotional stability and mindfulness meditation that aims at relaxation and developing focus.

The course will be in English but you can ask questions in Swedish

The course starts the 9th of April if there is a full group.
