Malmö Toastmasters - Your engaging Voice

Information

Want people to listen more closely to what you have to say? Learn how to use your voice in a compelling way!

A warm toned, generous voice draws our audience to us and our message like a magnet. It is also exhilarating for us as speakers to be delivering our speeches ‘in the moment,’ our voices responding freely to the intention of our thoughts and words. This is what is meant by the term ‘flow’ in a presentation.

How do we start to develop and gain confidence in our own unique voice? - Start with a workshop at Malmö Toastmasters.

Malmö Toastmasters are proud to present Andrew P. Bennett and his workshop Your Engaging Voice. This is a chance you don’t want to miss!

This workshop is aiming to raise your awareness about your own voice and to do excercises developing the quality and range of your voice.

Together we embark on an event which will help our members and guests to experience their voices in a new way as they speak. The workshop is interactive with exercises for all! No prior knowledge is needed.

You don't have to be a member to join.

About the speaker:

Andrew P Bennett has travelled the world as a professional classical singer and speaker appearing at the world’s great festivals in Europe, Asia & South America. He has faced the challenge of using his voice in opera while standing on a tiny platform 50 metres above the stage, but also on stage lying flat on his back. What the producer wanted the producer usually got! He has performed in open air theatres seating thousands and tiny venues where the audience seems to be sitting on your lap. He knows how to adapt to all vocal circumstances.

As a qualified public speaking and voice coach he has shared his vocal know how with people of many cultures in varied contexts – conference centres, theatres & recording studios.
