Kramatvam Yoga Workshop
Kramatvam is derived from two Sanskrit words – ‘Krama’ and ‘Tattvam’. Krama(क्रम) in Sanskrit means in the right order/method and Tattvam or Tattva (त�) means principle. Put together, it defines the purpose of this program “To align your practice according to your principles to achieve your objective.” The Kramatvam program is designed to cater to practitioners of all levels, offering a structured yet flexible path to deepen your yoga practice.Four sessions
Session 1: Saturday 25 april 10-12 am• Welcome and Introduction to Yoga (Setting Intentions & Breath
Awareness)
• Hatha Yoga & Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations & Flexibility Practices)
• Laghutvam Class (Breathwork & Focus Techniques)
Session 2: Saturday 25 april 2-4 pm
• Introduction to bandha’s
• Kramatvam Mysore Yoga Class (focus on hip openers)
• Step-by-step Asana Breakdown (Alignment & Technical
Guidance)
Session 3: Sunday 26 april 10-12 am
• Laghutavam – Focus on Back Bending
• Mysore Sadhana (Art of Independent Practice)
• Understanding of yoga anatomy
Session 4: Sunday 26 april 2-4 pm
• Arm balancing workshop
• Practice for good health
• Closing ceremony and farewell
Teacher
Bharat Shetty is distinguished yoga teacher from India with over 25 years of experience. He began practicing yoga early and studied under late B.K.S. Iyengar and graduated from both the Vivekananda Kendra Yoga Institute and the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. He started teaching in 1995 and founded Bharatha Yoga Shala in Bangalore (1998), later established Indea Yoga and Bhartha Yoga in Mysore. He trained 2,100+ teachers from 80+ countries, he conducts teacher training and Mysore-style classes along with yoga workshops worldwide.Good to know
Price: 300 sek/session or 1000 sek for the whole weekend.A complimentary Sattvic Indian lunch is included when registering for all sessions across both days.

Vaibhav Aggarwal began his yoga journey in January 2020. After a year of dedicated self-practice, he sought deeper learning under the guidance of a teacher. He completed a comprehensive 550-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) under guidance of Acharya Bharat Shetty at Bharatha Yoga (IndeaYoga) in Mysore, India. As a Level 2 certified Bharatha Yoga teacher, Vaibhav has beensharing his practice and teaching yoga in Älmhult for over two years.
