We will learn about quality chocolate, its various health benefits and properties as we taste our way through its exotic history. Throughout the whole tasting we will enjoy an assortment of delicious high-quality chocolate and at the end of the tasting you will have become a chocolate connoisseur, with a good heart.

About the Course Leader
Jenny Berg is a chocolate expert and founder of the very first chocolate factory in Umeå, northern Sweden. She produces Bean-to-bar chocolate, only containing organic and fairly traded ingredients. You can read more about her at her homepage: chokladjenny.se

Registration
You register here on the website (see "ANMÄLAN").
You will get an automatic booking confirmation by e-mail after your registration and a invoice by e-mail closer to the date of the event.

If you don´t have a Swedish personal identity number or LMA-number - please registrer by sending an e-mail to malin.gruffman@sv.se.

Chocolate tasting as a gift
Would you like to give away a place in the english-speaking chocolate tasting to a friend? Press "Anmälan" and write your friends personal identity number, but write your own e-mail (e-post in Swedish) if you do not want your friend to recieve the automatic booking comfirmation. Choose "Annan betalare än ovan" to register where the invoice should be sent.

Booking conditions
You have 14 days right of withdrawal from registration, counting from the registration date. Withdraw registration by calling or sending us an e-mail.

Withdrawal of notification after 14 days:
If the reason why you withdraw your registration is a permanent obstacle, such as your own or a loved one's illness confirmed by a doctor's certificate, a fire in your home or another comparable reason which you could not foresee, we will refund the participation fee. If you withdraw your registration, due to a permanent impediment to participate, no later than seven days before the start, you normally have to pay an administration fee of 10% of the fee, but at least 100 SEK. If you withdraw your registration later than seven days before the start, the administration fee is at most half the participation fee. If you do not turn up at the event, without cancelling beforehand, you will have to pay the fee in full.
