Course Content

Self-Defense Training Course (Kenpo Synergy)

is designed to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to protect themselves in potentially dangerous situations. The course emphasizes practical techniques, situational awareness, and mental preparedness, and is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.

Course Objectives:

• To equip participants with basic self-defense techniques
• To enhance personal safety and situational awareness
• To build confidence and reduce the risk of assault or harassment
• To promote physical fitness and mental resilience

Course Plan

The course is divided into three key modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Self-Defense

• Understanding personal safety
• Legal aspects and self-defense laws
• Psychological responses to threats

Module 2: Situational Awareness

• Reading your environment
• Avoidance and de-escalation strategies
• Recognizing danger signs

Module 3: Physical Techniques

• Basic stances and movement
• Escaping grabs and holds
• Striking techniques (hands, elbows, knees, legs)

Study Materials

All materials and instructions will be provided by the instructor at the beginning of the course. Practical exercises are central, so comfortable training clothes and a water bottle are recommended.
